Swimming

kho kho
Kho Kho is a traditional Indian sport that originated in Maharashtra and is now played across India and in some other countries. It is a team-based tag game where two teams compete against each other, with one team chasing and the other team running and dodging to avoid being touched. The chasing team has to tag as many players from the opposing team as possible within a set time limit. The game requires speed, agility, and strategic thinking. Kho Kho is popular in schools, colleges, and local communities as both a recreational activity and a competitive sport. Our school team is the champions in many district, state level competitions. Many students of MDN repesented the state of Tamilnadu in national events. -
kabaddi

It is a contact team sport played between two teams, each aiming to score points by tagging or touching members of the opposing team and returning to their own half of the field without being caught. It requires speed, agility, strength, and strategy. Kabaddi has various regional and international forms, including standard style, beach kabaddi, and circle style.
